3.3. Geographic Restrictions

4.2. Account Information Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action. If your personal information changes (e.g., address, phone number, email), you must update your account details promptly.

4.3. Verification Requirements

phwww reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. This may include:

• Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
• Selfie photo holding your ID for identity confirmation
• Payment method verification (screenshot of GCash/Maya account, bank statement)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) business days may result in temporary account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

5. Account Security

5.1. Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwww account username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. phwww will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or chat.

5.2. Unauthorized Access

phwww strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. When enabled, 2FA requires a secondary verification code sent to your registered mobile number or email during login. This helps prevent unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

6. Deposits and Payments

6.2. Deposit Limits

6.3. Payment Method Ownership

7.3. Withdrawal Processing Time

10.3. Money Laundering

• Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without wagering

10.4. Account Sharing

• Allowing other individuals to access or use your account
• Selling, transferring, or trading your phwww account

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1. Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phwww customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all available funds. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened after a 30-day cooling-off period.

11.2. Self-Exclusion

phwww offers self-exclusion options for responsible gaming purposes. Users may self-exclude for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

11.4. Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 after 18 months of inactivity. phwww will notify you via email before imposing any fees.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other issue, you must first contact phwww customer support via email or live chat. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter to our compliance team.

12.2. Final Decision Authority

phwww's decision on disputes is final and binding in all cases, except where overruled by an independent arbiter or court of law. All game outcomes, bonus rulings, and account decisions are subject to phwww's internal review process.

12.3. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.3. Loss and Damage
